This place is very beautiful for small couples. 2 and 3 BHK flat are available in this place. Such a good environment and such good people are living there. All facilities such as Hospitals, schools, ATM, shopping malls, gym all are available.

Sometimes frequently traffic jams makes this very irritable. Roads are bad in rainy season. Except this this place is very good.

Others | 2 weeks ago

Very clean place with wide roads and proper street lights. Good infrastructure and accomodation. Safe for women and children in night. Hospitals are nearby.

The thing I dislike about the place is there is sometimes water logging during monsoon season and water supply problem.

The locality is clean and quite. The transportation service good bus and cab easily available. The metro station is also nearby. Electricity charges normal and no problem of powercuts. Street light available everywhere you can walk safely during nightime. 24/7 water supply available no problem about water shortage.

Personally I nothing dislike about the place but traffic is a big problem during office time. Sometime It is difficult to get a cab or bus during office time.

The public transport and even cabs are easily available in this area even if you book online or directly.

I like this place but one thing that I think that needs to be improved is that the more security cameras should be installed

I didn't live here but my younger sister live here with her husband and I always hear good response about this locality and it is safer at night than others

I do not dislike anything here and I have never heard my sister also saying something disappointing about this locality

All important schools, malls, restaurants are available in the locality. Roads quality are good and well maintained. CCTV camera available in the flat and police station also nearby so you and your family secure during nighttime. Water supply is available all the time so there is no water shortage. Electric charge is same like other areas and power cuts also rare.

I nothing dislike about the place but there is a need of cctv camera in life but it is not much nessary.

Yes there are some schools and hospitals nearby in the vicinity and a mall in 20 minutes distance, the quality of road is okay but there is some clogging during rainy season in monsoon, otherwise it is okay

In monsoon there are cloggs due to overflowing drainage, and main issue is regarding stray dogs. The municipality should take action against it

the dislike thing about this locality is that there is no school and college are near available in this locality which is not helpful for the students.

Tenant | 2 months ago

in this place transportation is easily available and you can book a cab which will reach to you as early as possible. streetlght are so bright that all can see very clearly in the street light. it's very much safe place here nocrime at all and its the best place to stay with your family.traffic is too lowin this locality.

there is nothing to dislike at all at any cost but I think in these flat there are a lots of cctv which is not much necessary.

Others | 2 months ago

near good hospitals and health care centers available which provides good treatment in emergency situation

near roads and streets are most of the time full of crowded so passing from there is extremely difficult

yes it is very secure and safe for us security guard and cctv surveillance, easily accessible to metro station, transportation cab etc. nearby school , market, malls. beautiful environment, lots of parking areas, decent people living here. parks for children, gym facilities available. 24/7 water supply and electricity supply available. well maintained streetlights , no any crime happened here.

nothing that dissatisfied us but sometimes we face issues like wayer logging in rainy season, traffic, road need improvements otherwise everything is much impressive and beautiful

The roads are so smooth to drive the vehicle. Actually my sister lives there but when I went to meet there no water logging was there on the roads even in rainy season.

Nothing to dislike here. I liked it very much and my sister tooo. Everything is present here which a middle class family needs.

Owner | 2 months ago

There is no problem of water and electricity here. There are schools, hospitals and malls nearby. bus stand nearby. The road is fine. Main market is some distance from here

every thing is fine but Electricity bill rate is a bit high It gets muddy here when it rains. There is a fear of dog bite at night

public transportation most of the time available here so easy to transport one place to another place

roads are most of the time blocked for high traffic and road condition is so poor so sometime accidents happened

good place to live. all govt offices here. public transport easily accessible. malls, restaurants, hospitals nearby.

not so good society. traffic is high. in night its quiet unsafe to be here. otherwise good place to live in.

yes local market is easily accessible and mall is also 500meter away it is also very easily accessible

Kabir Sharma

this place is quite spacious and have amenities like parks where children can enjoy outdoor games and stay fit and the residents here are also very good and from diverse areas which brings about harmony within everyone . and this place is also located near offices like tcs and wipro

one disadvantage of this area is that in rainy season , the roads get flooded sometimes which can result in water borne diseases like malaria and dengue which the mosquitoes spread

This is such a beautiful places where I ever lived. No crime history is found in this place because there always police patrolling. No transportation issues because there always bus, trains available. Good environment available. I don't face any water shortage in this place. Hospitality, clinics, Gym, mall are present nearby this flat.

One an only dislikes about this place is more electrical charges. Sometimes there are traffic conditions. Noise pollution and air pollution makes this place a little but unhealthy.

Aurijit Datta

Best planned city with adequate roads. No traffic jam is thete as the roads are cross connected. Raods are clean and there is enough tree cover making it a superb place for living.

Night commutation is difficult as buses and other public trsnsports are not available at night. At bight the pkace is very lonely and desolate

nice home decor items and garden room design for home decor items. swimming pool and bathroom, kitchen

place is very nice and beautiful. griden, park road near to the hotel and garage. dis place is better

Sujoy Chakraborty

This is super place for living because there are much mentally and financially benefits. Lot of green space, also safe in the night, great school and college ,public transport nearby, good road condition.

There is some things in this place because these area is one of the the most traffic jam area in kolkata city.

Fyffuf Tsdyry

near good hotels and restaurants available where good food avaliable and nearby public transportation most of the time available

in night time this area is not safe and roads are full of crowded and full of vehicles available so create roads blocking situation

near good school and college available and water supply facility available most of the time and electricity always available

near road vehicles sounds create sound pollution and road condition are not so good so sometime accident arises

most of the time electricity available and water supply always available and near good malls available

road condition are not so good and in rainy days road block with rain water and in night outside of house not safe

This Awesome house is in perfect position . Most of essentials are easily accessible.I know this place Nicely as I lived before.

There is no option to dislike this place according to my opinion . Anything is easily accessible . Nature sight is too good to see.

i feel safety in night time , And i easily acces about local market,And,the transportation is also available

i didn't like the electric bill cost , because this is high ,I feel that there is a innocence silence for this reason my children's are so far

this place is awesome when I leave there I was such a great experience to leave their therefore I will give its five star

there is nothing is dislike there that house is awesome and beautiful there is no traffic and no problem dear

the house is very good and good condition in home and good area and very good service and school I hope I am buy this home

it is good place to live as every necessity is accessible here school ,hospitals, great restaurants and it is very safe especially for children

I don't dislike anything about this place except it is very crowded and high traffic area it has a lot of noise because of traffic

The environment was average . no too safe for children and students . the localicity is quiet good ..

Theere were many times power cuts and these causes many trouble .... The schools are alittle far from the apartments

Naman Gupta

No water shortage this flat , this flat is very amazing and rooms are very big and thanks to provided this room

no water shortage this flat are so amazing and rooms are very big and thanks to provide this rooms thanks

the quality of the roads are too good and also low traffic jams, in monsoon season won't full roads that much from rain water.

It's a long way to reach the railway station, and also sometimes get hard to get trains in evening to night.

Hare Krishna

I like about the place is that the place is very peaceful and not crowded, plus in the place their is low pollution, and their is adequate water , safe for children , no crimes , good restaurants are available near by , low traffic and their auto and cabs are available that's why I like the place very much.

Their is nothing that I dislike on the place because there everything are available which I want and which people want so their is nothing I dislike on the place but one dislike is that the place is very much far from my house this is only I dislike otherwise I like the place very much.
