La mañana del lunes 28 de agosto , será un día que quedará marcado en la historia de todos los fans del dúo Los Temerarios debido a que dieron a conocer que tras 46 años , tomarán caminos separados pero antes de que esto suceda, se embarcarán en una última gira mundial por lo que resta del 2023 y algunos meses de 2024 .

“Les queremos comunicar que hemos tomado la difícil decisión de separarnos musicalmente, cerrando así uno de los ciclos más importantes y gratificantes de nuestras vidas. Por tal motivo, la gira pautada para los meses de septiembre de 2023 a noviembre 2024 será la última que ofreceremos juntos y la haremos con el mismo amor y respeto con el que siempre lo hemos hecho”, compartieron los intérpretes de “Ven Porque Te Necesito” en un comunicado oficial.

En dicho comunicado se reveló que los hermanos Adolfo Ángel Alba y Gustavo Ángel Alba realizarán una última gira por México, Estados Unidos, Centroamérica y Sudamérica comenzando el próximo 15 de septiembre en San Diego, California en Estados Unidos.

Los Temerarios Final Tour 2023- 24: How to buy tickets, dates, venues & all you need to know

I n a heartfelt announcement that has resonated with fans around the world, the iconic Mexican Grupera band Los Temerarios has revealed their decision to part ways musically after decades of live performances and chart-topping hits. Brothers Adolfo Angel and Gustavo Angel, the driving forces behind the band, disclosed that their upcoming tour will mark their final outing together.

The news comes as a shock to the music community and their devoted fan base, as Los Temerarios has been a prominent presence in the music industry for generations. With a career spanning over four decades, they are adored in the Latin music scene.

They shared a statement regarding the tour via a press release:

"The touring schedule from September 2023 to November 2024 will be the last one we offer together, and we will do it with the same love and respect that we've always done tours with."

Tickets to Los Temerarios' newly announced 2024 tour dates will go on sale August 30 at 10:00 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster.

Tickets for Los Temerarios' other American tour dates are also available via StubHub, which is a secondary ticketing platform.

Los Temerarios' tour will begin in San Diego and end in Anaheim

Los Temerario will kick off the tour with their San Diego concert, scheduled for September 15, 2023. After performing across multiple cities, the band will wrap up their brief tour with a show in Anaheim on November 23, 2024.

Los Temerarios is a Grammy-nominated band from Mexico that started in 1977

During the 1990s, Los Temerarios' bubblegum ranchera music became a cherished soundtrack for countless Mexican and Mexican-American youths. With a blend of traditional rock percussion and contemporary flair, their songs consistently dominated the Latin and Mexican Regional Music charts, yielding an impressive 17 titles within the Top 200 .

Brothers and singer/songwriters Adolfo and Gustavo Angel, alongside their cousin Fernando Angel, established the band. Their debut album Los 14 Grandes Hits de Los Temerarios was released in 1983. Evolving their sound in the '90s by infusing ranchera with electric instrumentation, their popularity surged. They won hearts through singles and captivating live performances long before their albums soared to best-selling status.

In 1993, Los Temerarios began their two-decade streak of chart-topping albums with Mi Vida Eres Tú , followed by 1995's Camino del Amor. Their 2000 release En la Madrugada Se Fue earned a platinum certification from RIAA, with over a million copies sold. Si Tú Te Vas, released in 2008, won Billboard's A La Música Latina award for Best Regional Mexican Album.

The Ángel brothers, Adolfo and Gustavo, began their musical journey in the late '70s, inspired by their father's hosting of local groups in their home. Forming Conjunto La Brisa in 1977, they performed at events and weddings.

Their transition to Los Temerarios came in 1983 with a record contract from CBS Mexico. Their early repertoire consisted of organ-driven ballads, rancheras, lively cumbias, and even corridors sound made them one of the most iconic bands in the world.

Mexican Duo Los Temerarios Separate After Over 45 Years

Mexican grupero Los Temerarios are splitting. On Monday, the duo comprising brothers Adolfo and Gustavo Ángel — responsible for radio staples like “Ven Porque Te Necesito” and “Si Tú Te Vas” — revealed that the group will be separating after nearly 50 years.

“With the love that has united us since we were kids, the same that we feel for the vocation that we’ve had the privilege of working in for more than 46 years, we want to share that we’ve made the difficult decision of separating, closing one of the most important and gratifying cycles of our lives,” the duo said in a statement.

Los Temerarios went on to thank their fans who “generously embraced our music with their hearts,” along with the media and the collaborators as they described their romantic music’s purpose as one to “honor love, the magic, and mystery that unites us and gives life meaning.”

“Everything that we express from this moment on will be in the form of music and in our next shows where we’ll be giving you the best of us,” the statement concluded. Los Temerarios will officially split following the conclusion of a farewell “Hasta Siempre” tour, which is set to take them through November 2024, with stops in cities such as Oakland, New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago, along with Mexico, Central, and South America in 2024.

Mexican singer-songwriter and producer Adolfo Ángel couldn’t help but shed a few tears during their concert in San Jose, Calif. earlier this month. After all, they had made their grand return to touring after a four-year hiatus, due to the pandemic shutdown. For an act like Los Temerarios , a touring titan, not being able to perform live was a big deal — according to Adolfo, who co-founded the iconic grupero/pop band along with his brother, its lead singer, Gustavo Ángel.

Their trek is not to be confused with the “nostalgia tours” that are creating a buzz in the industry, where once-disbanded bands come back together for a tour. Los Temerarios never stopped touring since it launched in the 80s. “Being able to tour is extremely important for us to this day,” Adolfo explains. “Ever since we were little kids, we’ve been planning this project. And touring is now part of our lives.”

Known for wistful, romantic anthems such as “Fueron Tus Palabras,” “Mi Vida Eres Tú,” Como Te Recuerdo” and “Tu Última Canción,” to name a few, Los Temerarios have soundtracked multigenerational homes in Mexico and the U.S. since releasing their first album in 1983. Overall, the group has notched 41 entries on Billboard ‘s Hot Latin Songs chart, 17 of which are top 10 hits, including four No. 1s.

Adolfo also notes that launching their own record label and publisher Virtus nearly 15 years ago (after spending a decade with Fonovisa, a division of Universal Music Latin Entertainment) has played a major role in their longevity. It’s one of the most important decisions, he says, that has allowed them to do things their way.

“At the beginning of our careers when we were looking for support from labels and executives, we weren’t well received. All we knew back then was that music was our life so we kept looking for options. I thank my brother Gustavo for always standing by my side and supporting all the decisions I made for the band. One day, we decided to launch our label, our publisher, and it was one of the best decisions we could ever make.”

Los Temerarios have always licensed their albums, keeping the rights to (and control over) the group’s masters. For now, they plan to keep it that way, and aren’t looking to sell their extensive catalog of songs written by Adolfo any time soon: “Fortunately, we’re at a good point and our fans are still there. We feel proud with how we’ve handled the business aspect.”

Mexican 'música grupera' band Los Temerarios announced their separation after a 46-year career in which they became one of the biggest acts in the Latin popular music scene, both in Mexico and the US.

Founded in Fresnillo, a city in the central state of Zacatecas, Mexico, Los Temerarios said in a statement posted on their social networks that they decided to end a cycle, saying goodbye to their fans and announcing their farewell tour: 'Hasta Siempre.'

According to Los Temerarios founders, brothers Adolfo and Gustavo Alba, their last tour will take place between September 2023 and November 2024.

They detailed that there are dates already scheduled and that they will offer concerts in the US, Mexico and some Central and South American countries.

According to Billboard, Los Temerarios popularized the 'grupero' subgenre in Mexico and the US between the end of the 80s and during the 90s.

The band, says Billboard, had 41 nominations in its Hot Latin Songs chart, 17 of which were in the top 10.

We liked that she could pick up on our interests and take us places we might not have thought of to go. When we realized that one of the places we had chosen to see would probably not be that interesting to us, she was able to arrange entry to the Diamond Fund and the Armoury for us. Riding the Metro with Lena was a real adventure and a lot of fun. In Saint Petersburg we found Anna well versed in the history of the Tsars and in the Hermitage collection. Arkady in Veliky Novgorod was a very good guide and answered all of our questions with ease. Novgorod was perhaps a long way to go for a day trip, but we did enjoy it. Vasily was a great driver to have and kept us safe with good humour and skill. We enjoyed ourselves so much, my daughter says she is already planning to return. We would both have no hesistation to recommend ExpresstoRussia to anyone we know.

Just wanted to let you know that My grandson Bruno and I couldn´t have been more pleased with our week in Moscow (6/15 - 6/21). We were absolutely enchanted with the whole experience, including getting lost a couple of times in the Metro during our free time. Although both our guides (both Eleanas) were excellent, I would particularly commend the first one (she took us to the Tatiakov, the KGB tour, and to that beautiful cemetery where so many great Russian artists, authors, composers, musicians, militarists, and politicians are buried). Her knowledge is encyclopedic; and her understanding of today´s Russia as a product of its past was, for us, truly enlightening. I will be taking another tour in Russia, with my wife, within the next two or three years. I will be in touch with you when the time comes. Meanwhile, I will refer you to other potential visitors to Russia as I meet them.

Do they speak English in Moscow?

As Russia’s capital city, tourists are well accommodated in Moscow. There should be English-speaking staff in restaurants, bars, hotels, shops and attractions in tourist hotspots, and there are also English-speaking tourist police. Transport services have English translations on their maps and English announcements via intercom; alternatively, order taxis from the Yandex Taxi app (Russian Uber), though it’s unlikely that your taxi driver will speak English. If you get stuck and cannot communicate, it’s fine to use Google Translate.

Is it safe to travel to Moscow?

It is no less safe to travel to Moscow than to any European city if you exercise common sense and look after your belongings. As with every city some regions can be more unsavoury than others, but no tourist attractions are located there. The traffic in Moscow is notorious, so exercise caution when crossing roads. Do not take unlicensed taxis; book in advance or take public transport, which is widespread and perfectly safe. If you encounter any problems, look for the special tourist police who can help you.
