I contacted League City Travel after a colleague of mine recommended using them and working with Tracey. Being that this was a referral, I was excited to work with them and plan my upcoming Hawaiian vacation. I called Tracey and had to leave a message. It took her 2 business days to return my call. I did not let that deter me, as I assumed she must be really busy. She advised that I come in and pick up some brochures, which I did a few days later. I sat down with her and she pointed out some hotels that she highly recommended. Being that I always do my due diligence, I researched reviews of the main hotels she suggested and found numerous complaints against those hotels, and a lot of them were from within the last 6 months. Not once during the 3 weeks it took me to choose a hotel did Tracey follow up with a phone call to see if I had questions or how things were coming along. After further research, I was now ready to choose my hotel on Kauai and my condo on Maui, so I called Tracey and let her know which ones we were going with. She acknowledged how "excellent" my Kauai hotel choice was, but didn't say anything about the condo that I had chosen on Maui, which has all positive reviews, but was not in her travel brochures (do they get a kickback for sending people to these particular properties that are in the brochures?). She confirmed my cell phone number and said she would get back to me. Now, it is April and I am planning my vacay for August, so to me we are running short on time and I am a planner, so waiting until the last minute to plan things does not work for me. So today, exactly 2 weeks after I gave Tracey my hotel choices, I called her again to follow up. She immediately said "I'm sorry, I have someone at my desk ... can you call me back in 30 minutes?" Correct me if I'm wrong, but, she confirmed my number 2 weeks ago so that she could call me with pricing, yet I never heard from her. This is a huge red flag for me and tells me that the reason I was just asked to call her back is because she hasn't done ANYTHING to plan my vacation, because if she had, she would have already called me, right?? I work in an industry where customer/client service is top priority and if I say I'm going to do something, I do it ... so I guess I expect the same regardless of what industry we are dealing with. So, rather than call Tracey back and interrupt her day, I opted to call Travel Leaders in Webster. I spoke with Jamie and as promised, she had quotes for airfare, hotel on both islands, and a jeep rental WITHIN 2 HOURS OF MY CALL. Now that is how I do business and she will be getting a 5 star review from me shortly. As for League City Travel, if zero stars was an option, that would be what they would get.

I began using this agent after my previous one would not disclose and itemized cost list. League City travel is consistently lower in price than other travel agents I've used. I exclusively use her services now. She's extremely transparent when providing costs or alternatives to lower pricing.

Went to league city travel after visiting another travel agent. She said it would take three days to set up our itinerary. To my pleasant surprise it was completed the same day and for significantly less than the other travel agent. Needless to say I am very pleased with their work.

Tracey do not seem to very organized. She gave us misleading info & rates. Be ready to wait for days for her to return your emails & calls. Look elsewhere & save yourself an headache.

Tracey was a HUGE disappointment. I tried using her to plan a destination wedding. I had to leave multiple messages for her to return my call, if she happened to answer the phone, she always had another customer at her desk and would never call me back, didn't email me information she told me she would. I finally gave up on her and found another travel agent. Don't waste your time with this travel agent.

I have used league city travel for years and I think Tracy is the best. My husband and I had never traveled to cancun and tracy told us exactly what to do and where to go and it was a great trip. She not only plans trips for us but also for my brother who lives in san antonio and my sister who lives in Amarillo. She also booked our Hawaii trip and we had an issue with the hotel credit that we were supposed to get, I called tracy and she called the hotel and straightened everything out in just a few minutes. Last year I tried planning my own vacation to the Dominican republic and it was a nightmare, I called tracie and she took care of everything. I have called before and most of the time she needs to call me back and that's fine, I never worry that it takes her a day or two to call me back because I know that she will always get all our travel plans taken care of. Everyone should use league city travel for all their travel plans. DLEVOS

We just love League City travel for our travel needs. Our agent, Angis, has truly been great with our travel needs. She listens and always work with our budget. Our international travel has always been great and that is a plus when you travel in a large group. She has been helpful with cruises as well. I would not book any travel without her. Thanks Angis!
