REVIEWS " ASK FOR KATE! We did the build your own tour and it was fantastic. If you plan on booking this, be sure to ask for Kate. She was fantastic. We let her know what we were interested in and she took us to some great spots. 'Great' being an understatement. Kate was friendly, she was knowledgeable about the island and its history and took us to a few hidden gems. We made a stop for lunch and she took us to a place we had the best fish tacos and frozen mixed drinks. Kate made it feel like we were getting a tour from a friend on the island that we were visiting and she pulled out all the stops. She also took on, without us even asking, capturing great pictures at each stop. Felt like having a personal photographer. She was able to get us in for a tour at Bluebeard's Castle to take a look at Sean's treasures he found on the island. Great history there and you can tell the care and passion that he has in what he does in trying to preserve the history he has found in the waters around St. Thomas. The car was great, thankful for the A/C, and Kate was always checking to make sure that we had what we wanted in refreshments. If you like local food, she has some great spots. She even hopped out and got us some guava berry tarts to try."

This is a family friendly private tour where your eco-guide guide will pick you up and drop you off from anywhere on island (including cruise ship port, hotel, villa AirB&B, ferry terminal or airport) in a Jeep or Jeep SUV.  Swim with WILD Green Sea Turtles in the grassy sea beds of the Caribbean Sea; where we also can see octopus, sting rays and schools of fish! We will pick you up and tour the island stopping at scenic overlooks and snorkeling at two of the beaches for approximately one hour each. We typically like to snorkel a thriving reef in the Atlantic Ocean on the north side of Saint Thomas and our secret turtle spot in the Caribbean Sea on the south side. This allows you to snorkel in two different Seas in one day! Since it is a private tour we can customize it for your group and go at your pace throughout the day. You have your very own eco snorkel guide who can accommodate everything from master divers to first time snorkelers. We will pick you up and tour the island by going to a white sand beach where you can snorkel (before drinking)  explore or relax on the beach with our  knowledgeable guide. We will then take you to our favorite local beach where you can enjoy your icy beverages where the locals hang out. Jeep Tour and fun filled day of snorkeling on St Thomas with Lolly

Having been on a couple of cruise excursions and only experiencing a small fraction of what each port has to offer I decided to book a Sunfari jeep tour! Great communication from the start of the booking and even better experience with Lolly, our jeep tour guide! She took us all over St. Thomas to swim and snorkel with turtles, sting rays and a ton of tropical fish! The sites were incredible and the beaches were amazing! Thank you Lolly for a great and memorable day!

I cant say enough about Sunfari! Micky made everything so easy from the booking inquiry to the end of the trip. They communicated often and treated us like royalty the entire day. Kelly was a fantastic guide and knows so much about the history of the islands! If your on a cruise ship, you will have no worries about getting back to the ship. They will guarantee that you make it. Cant wait to go back and spend more time!

My friends and I unanimously agree that this was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had, definitely the best of our St. Thomas trip. Our guide, Micky, was not only informative, but super friendly and helpful. He took us all across St. Thomas, with beautiful stops along the way. He and his fiancée, Kelly, welcomed us with open arms. Worth every last penny. Don’t miss out on an unforgettable experience!

Our merry group of 6 decided to venture our with Sunfari after coming across the business on YouTube. We were excited to have a private Jeep Tour, as a few of our group members had never been to St. Thomas before, and the rest of us had not been back to the island since the pandemic. We booked waaaaaaay in advance, almost a year out, to make sure we had a spot. Mickey was great with keeping in contact with us before the cruise, and arranged a pickup spot once we docked and were able to leave the ship. We took off, and visited Coki Beach. Most of us decided not to wear swimsuits, but the water was calm enough for wading. After that, we headed to Secret Beach. It was a hidden jewel for sure! There is a restaurant there, a dive center and a little store, so there's availability to grab a drink, or a bite to eat, and relax. Secret Beach wasn't crowded like the other well known beaches. After some time at the 2 beaches, we asked if it was possible to go to Mointain Top for the views of the islands. If you're interested in doing this, please make sure that you let Sunfari know ahead of time, as some of the cars do not travel up there. Trust me, the views are worth it! Also, it's a great place to do some shopping, and grab a daiquiri or bushwacker. After leaving Mountain Top, we headed to Downtown Chsrlotte Amalie to see the changes that had occurred since our last time there, and cruised the harbor before heading back to the ship. We had a blast with our unique experience with Mickey and Sunfari. This is a great way to see what you want to see, do what you want to do, at your own pace. Thanks Mickey for an amazing day. We had a blast, and made some great memories!
