Wow. Holy hot rock stars! I honestly don’t read a lot of erotic romances and didn’t know what to expect with this series. Yes, there is A LOT of sex (A LOT!) and it is scorching hot, but the writing was strong, the story was good and I loved the humor that was unexpectedly weaved throughout. I loved all the bad boys that made up The Sinners: Brian, Sed, Jace, Eric and Trey! This is Myrna and Brian’s unlikely story.

Myrna is a human sexuality professor who meets The Sinners while on tour. Brian, or Master Sinclair as he is known, is the lead guitarist for band. When the guys first meet Myrna, who approaches them in a suit while she is at a conference, she seems prim, proper and intelligent… nothing like the groupies they are used to and they are thoroughly surprised she even knows who they are. After a bet that didn’t exactly go as planned throws Brian and Myrna together, they find themselves desperately in lust with each other. And boy does their time together set the pages ablaze! But as time passes, they start to see each other for who they really are… Brian is a hopeless romantic, hungry for love and affection. Myrna has a pained past that still haunts her, making her afraid to fall in love.

Their story is a heated journey to finding what they each truly need from each other. I found myself hooked and even though I listened to this one on audio, I couldn’t wait to have the time to see what happened next! This book has possibly the steamiest sex scenes I have ever read, but I loved that even then, unexpected humor had me laughing so many times. These guys are just so much fun to read about. Crass and funny, arrogant and eccentric and actually, pretty good guys on the inside. This book is certainly not the typical, emotion-filled types of books I normally read, and you can’t really compare it to those novels, but if you’re looking for a hot, sexy rock star romance book that will have you fanning yourself one minute and laughing in earnest the next, this is the book for you! You won’t be able to put it down! I thought for this genre, it was hot, highly addicting and super enjoyable, so I gave it 4.5 rocking stars!
