Alejandro is a character in Total Drama. He is one of three new competitors to debut in World Tour.

Alejandro is the main antagonist of World Tour. As such, he is responsible for many unfortunate events, including the eliminations of many loved contestants, such as Bridgette, Harold, Leshawna, and Owen. His devious plan unfolds proper in TDWT03, when he talks to Harold about "pride" and "honor". By doing this, Alejandro secured Harold's elimination due to Harold quitting in that episode's elimination ceremony. He would continue in TDWT04 when he seduces Bridgette into several "accidents", until he gets Bridgette's tongue stuck to a pole, which made her team lose and her elimination a guarantee. Alejandro again orchestrates another elimination in TDWT07 by motivating Leshawna to "seize the day", eventually leading Leshawna to jump off the platform to beat up Heather during the dancing challenge in Germany, again making her team lose. Alejandro witnesses this and intentionally sacrifices himself to Team Amazon. In the end, he pushes Leshawna off of the plane, finishing off his grand orchestra. He takes a brief period of rest before resuming his antagonistic actions in TDWT11, where he tries to convince D.J. to join his team, though it fails when Chris McClean informs him that he will not be allowing it, and that there is no merge on the horizon. Knowing this, Alejandro decides to sabotage D.J. by revealing to him that the fish he gave D.J. in TDWT10 was actually a forgery, meaning D.J.'s "curse" was not lifted. D.J. loses the challenge, completely dissolving Team Victory. Alejandro singlehandedly eliminated an entire team; Truly he is a menace. In TDWT14 he overhears Duncan and Gwen's song about their secret kiss which Tyler knows about. Alejandro decides to have Tyler reveal this to Courtney, forcing Courtney into rage, and distracting Team Amazon for a time. In TDWT16, Alejandro tries to seduce Courtney and succeeds in getting her to his side. He assists her with making her team lose, so that she could eliminate Gwen. In TDWT17, Alejandro has a private moment with Heather, nearly kissing until Chris McClean interrupts them. In TDWT19, Alejandro and Heather are on a team for a wedding challenge in Niagra Falls, and cooperate well enough until Alejandro decides to take a dive(literally), making him seem less strong than he actually is due to the recent merge. In TDWT23, Alejandro sings a song about leaving Heather in a rock, and almost leaves her until Heather convinces him otherwise, promising Alejandro she wouldn't vote against him in the elimination ceremony, though Sierra forces her to do the opposite later. Thanks to Sierra blowing up the plane, Alejandro was not eliminated despite having 3 votes against him, and moves on to the Final Three. In TDWT26, Alejandro faces off against Cody in a tiebreaker challenge and wins. He later picks Courtney and Tyler to help him in the final challenge, though Lindsay replaces Tyler due to him being incapacitated. Alejandro reaches the top before Heather due to him winning an advantage, though Heather stops him. Alejandro counters by revealing his true feelings to Heather, and both sharing a kiss, until Heather kicks him in the balls and pushes him off the volcano on an ice cube. Alejandro would later be run over by the 24 other contestants, including Blainely on her dolley, then doused in Lava, ruining his body to the point of needing a robot suit. Due to Alejandro only competing in one season and recieving 2nd place, he is currently the highest ranking contestant. Other contestants that are near his rank include Heather, Owen, and Sierra.

Characters [ ]

The contestant pool consists of 15 characters from the previous Total Drama seasons, and 2 new characters, Alejandro and Sierra. Midway through the season, Blaineley was brought on to compete, bringing the total number of contestants to 18, but was quickly eliminated.

List of Total Drama World Tour contestants [ ]

Ezekiel [ ].

Ezekiel is a naïve country boy who was homeschooled at his farm. His lack of interaction with other kids has left him with incredibly poor social skills. After being eliminated first on Total Drama Island, Ezekiel enters the third season boasting with confidence that he'll win much to the annoyance of everyone. Despite his intentions, he ends up being voted off first once again, but manages to grab hold of the wings and hide on the plane cargo to secretly stay in the competition. Over time, this has a drastic effect on his humanity and sanity, greatly altering his physical appearance into a green, clawed, bald, crazy, and deformed creature who is no longer capable of speaking and attacks anybody he considers a threat.

Harold is a skinny, awkward-looking guy who takes pride in his knowledge, resourcefulness, and "Mad Skills" in subjects like filming and beatboxing. He has a large crush on Leshawna and continually tries to impress her.

Bridgette [ ]

Bridgette is a calm, compassionate surfer girl who had co-hosted the Aftermath sessions in Total Drama Action with her boyfriend Geoff. Her relationship with Geoff is briefly strained in World Tour due to being manipulated by Alejandro into cheating on him, but they eventually make up and become a couple again. Due to her early elimination in World Tour, she becomes a co-host of Aftermath once again, but her presence is challenged by one of the new co-hosts, Blaineley.

Leshawna [ ]

Leshawna is loyal and sassy, yet also can be affectionate and caring. If shown respect, she will reciprocate it indefinitely. Leshawna tells it like it is, and has no fear whatsoever of calling people out on their mistakes. However, she is not one to be messed with, and will not hold back on someone who has wronged her. She likes getting her way and protecting friends like Gwen, maybe Izzy and Bridgette.

Lindsay [ ]

Lindsay is described as being beautiful, but not vain. While Lindsay is one of the prettiest competitors on the show and is spoilt silly by her father, she is kind hearted and is able to make friends with almost everyone. However her lack of intelligence often leads to her downfall. In World Tour, she has a difficult time remembering her boyfriend, Tyler, despite Tyler competing on this season with her.

Izzy is seen as one of the show's craziest contestants. She is fun but hard to handle and to the other contestants, more trouble than she is worth. Izzy has extraordinary athletic and fighting abilities, and also sticks herself to the wild environment. She is forced to withdraw early in the season due to a head injury causing her to become highly intelligent, which also led her to break up with Owen. In one of the Aftermaths, another head injury turned Izzy back to her former self.

DJ is a very soft-spoken and sensitive guy who is compassionate and kind to those around him despite his intimidating size. During World Tour, DJ is seemingly cursed by a broken dog statue in Egypt which causes him to accidentally hurt any nearby animal much to his sorrow. He likes to let others before himself and is such a good cook.

Noah comes off as being sarcastic, cynical, and lazy to most. He is extremely intelligent, but finds physical activity as laughable as the ridiculous antics of some of his peers. His attitude has a tendency to repel friendships although he finds his best ally in Owen. In the show "Total Dramarama", it shows that his best ally, Owen is the person who is always by his side. They are such a good friendship duo, and I am hoping to see more of them in future episodes.

Tyler is a sports fan who loves anything physical. Unfortunately, he is extremely uncoordinated and dim, constantly putting himself and others at risk with his clumsiness. In World Tour, Tyler is desperate for his girlfriend Lindsay to remember him.

Gwen is a goth girl whose interests lie in art and astronomy. After her break-up with Trent the previous season, Gwen starts showing romantic feelings towards Duncan, leading to a large conflict between her and Courtney.

Owen is a huggable, upbeat, fun-loving, friendly, passionate, and optimistic competitor, who is basically in Total Drama to have fun more than win the grand prize. Owen's three biggest loves are eating, having a good time and passing a large amount of gas. Among his peers, he is arguably the most popular contestant of all time for his cheerful ways, optimistic viewpoints no matter what the situation is, and ability to see the best in other people. He annoys Alejandro by continuously calling him "Al" (Which Alejandro hates because his older brother calls him that), and becomes wary of his activities after Noah is eliminated.

Blaineley [ ]

Blaineley is the co-host of the Total Drama Aftermath segment of the show. She has waist-length blonde hair and blue eyes, and typically wears a red dress. She is obsessed with gossip and fame, and wants more than anything to obtain a "juicy" story and attempts to delve into topics that could potentially cause a scandal. Prior to World Tour, she co-hosted the show Celebrity Manhunt with Josh as featured on the Total Drama Action special. On Aftermath, she demonstrates she is conceited, mean, and willing to do whatever it takes to remain in the spotlight, which led her to clash with the other two co-hosts, Bridgette and Geoff. When she takes it too far by kidnapping Bridgette and sending her to Siberia, Geoff gets his revenge by making Blaineley a contestant in World Tour.

Courtney [ ]

Courtney is a perfectionist who desires to be best at everything, and sees herself as a born leader. Her desire for success often clashes with her own principles and can come off as being quite bossy and critical, which leads her to be disliked by many contestants. In World Tour, her relationship with Duncan was ruined when he chose Gwen over her, causing her to obsess over getting revenge on the two.

Duncan is a crafty juvenile delinquent who knows many tactics from his time spent in juvenile detention centers. In the first episode, he quits the show after getting sick of Courtney and Gwen arguing and the new rule where the contestants have to sing. Despite his exit, Chris sent a team out to find him to return to the show due to his popularity, and he is eventually returned and forced to compete thanks to Courtney and Gwen. His shaky relationship with Courtney finally come to an end when he kissed Gwen, forming an intense love triangle between the three.

Sierra is the show's biggest fan and blogger and one of the two newcomers to World Tour. She is a parody of real life Total Drama fans. She is obsessed with every member of the cast, especially Cody whom she has an obsessive crush on.

Cody is a tech-savvy geek, who sees himself as a ladies' man instead of a nerd. He has a large crush on Gwen and thinks he has a better shot with her after she broke up with Trent, but ends up on the receiving end of a major fixation when his biggest fangirl, Sierra, joins his team and won't leave his side.

Alejandro [ ]

Alejandro is one of the two newcomers to the series. On the surface, he appears to be a polite, dashing, charming gentleman, but underneath he is dark and twisted. He is known to use his charm and exceptional persuasion to advance him further in the game and is responsible for the eliminations of the majority of the contestants. Alejandro is very proud of his Hispanic heritage and has been shown to possess a large quantity of skills ranging from hypnotism to speaking several languages, thanks to his highly successful family. He has secret romantic feelings for Heather.

Heather [ ]

Heather competes with her sights solely on the prize money and not on making friends, using others to her advantage and only being kind when she may ultimately be benefited. In World Tour, she finds her true rival in the form of Alejandro, who throws her off her game because of her hidden romantic feelings towards him. Despite this, Heather remains a strong enough competitor to make it to the finale to compete against Alejandro.

Some information about their life! [ ]

Heather was that nerd who had pimples, but she changed that. She is now " that girl" who almost everyone adores and has won Total Drama: World Tour.

Noah was the " know it all" as it shows in his name: KNOW - UH . Whenever he got bullied, he either got someone to stand up to them or roasted them badly... Like shown in S1 : EP 1. When he roasted Duncan, but it sadly backfired and he almost got a piercing himself. Ouch!

Wanna know how Justin, known as the hot boy :3 got his looks? Turns out he got a special surgery when he was young! Even the teacher was so distracted, along with the class, so he got sent to the Principal's Office and didn't get to do ANY work! That's why he later on in Action says : "Math's is for ugly people." 🙄

This season, players are divided into three teams and must live on the Total Drama Jumbo Jet . The prize money (once again $1,000,000) goes to the last- standing contestant in the season.

  • Traveling: The challenges would vary from episode to episode, as the contestants are forced to fly around the world in the Total Drama Jumbo Jet .
  • Haves vs. Have Nots: The winning team of each challenge gets to fly in the first-class section, while the losing team(s) have to stay in economy class. After the merge, the individual winner of a challenge is normally allowed to invite an extra player to first class.

  • Team Switch: During the second challenge, two contestants were able to switch teams.
  • Fake Eliminations: During various episodes, the losing team faced an elimination ceremony and voted someone out, but the host would later reveal the challenge was only for reward.
  • Returning Players: After said contestant quit for not singing, some contestants found him and captured him as a part of a challenge , placing the returnee in the losing team.
  • Merge Composition: The merge consisted of 8 contestants.
  • Second-Chance Challenge: During the aftermath , there was a challenge, which one of the co-hosts accidentally won when she rushed the show, introducing them to the game show with a shot for the $1,000,000, even though the challenge was really for the contestants. When the victor entered, they had to sing a song .

Availability

Total Drama World Tour was made available on Netflix in the United States in February 2021 in 16:9 ratio, though not in HD like other seasons. In November 2020, Netflix's global rights to the show were set to expire, resulting in it no longer being available on the platform. Netflix later confirmed that the show would be staying on for a little longer. However, in February 2021, all seasons of Total Drama were removed from Netflix in some regions, though it remained available in the United States and Canada. On February 1st, 2024 this season were removed from Netflix in the US alongside the other post-Action seasons and The Ridonculous Race .

There are no Region 1 or Region 2 DVD releases of Total Drama World Tour , but Madman Entertainment has released Total Drama World Tour in its entirety on DVD in Australia.

Total Drama World Tour was made available on HappyKids in the United States and other countries in Late November with HD quality. The pitch is higher than normal.

  • According to the same blog, when the scriptwriters were tasked to find locations for the episodes, they decided them based on places they would like to visit around the world. This applies to the cut locations that didn't make it to the final script. The challenges were also selected carefully to include elements from the culture of the country they are competing in.
  • Again according to the same blog, the original title Total Drama: The Musical was scrapped because it didn't capture the main element of the season, which would be the trips around the world. Total Drama World Tour was the most convincing title because it is literally a tour around the world, but ‘world tour’ is also a phrase you always hear in connection with musical acts when they put out a new CD and go play for audiences in stadiums all over the planet.
  • Back when the season was first announced, the cast was going to consist of 15 contestants instead of 18.
  • Eva , Katie , Sadie , Justin , Beth , Trent , and Geoff did not qualify for this season.
  • Noah , Tyler , Cody , Courtney , Ezekiel , and Heather all made it farther than they did in Total Drama Island .
  • Gwen and Heather both made it farther than they did in Total Drama Action .
  • All of the males who competed on Total Drama Island , but not Total Drama Action , were eliminated in the same order as before.
  • This is also the first time neither of them made it into the final four.
  • This is the only Total Drama season to have an adult compete in the competition.
  • Eventually, however, Team Chris Is Really Really Really Really Hot gained a new member in " I See London... ", making it have six members too.
  • However, later in Total Drama All-Stars , the red team is competing with another team whose color is instead yellow, making World Tour the only season so far to not have any red team.
  • This is the first season where the third place eliminated contestant is in the season finale .
  • This is also the first season where the winner is not the same in both Canada and the United States.
  • This is the only season to feature three confessionals. The first and more commonly-used one is in the Jet's lavatory (reminiscent of the original confessional in Total Drama Island ). The second one is in the Jet's Cockpit, with Chef or Chris always in the background due to being the co-pilots. After the destruction of the plane, the remaining contestants use an outhouse confession while they are in Hawaii.
  • However, no one is actually eliminated by this rule, and many people get away with not singing throughout the season, most notably Cody reached the final episode and rarely participates in any of the songs he appeared.
  • This is the first season in which Duncan does not appear in every episode.
  • This is the only season where none of the contestants are shown in their pajamas.
  • Sierra does show her underwear in another episode , however.
  • This makes Canada the most-visited country throughout the season, tying with the United States.
  • This is the first season in which only one contestant returns after being previously eliminated.
  • This is the first season to have tied votes at an elimination ceremony, in both " Picnic at Hanging Dork " and " Chinese Fake-Out ."
  • This is the first season to feature "fake eliminations," in which Chris has all members of the losing team vote like they regularly would, then reveal the result, but not actually count that person as eliminated.
  • This is the first season to feature an odd amount of contestants competing from the start, as Total Drama Island had twenty-two contestants, and Total Drama Action started with fourteen contestants.
  • This is the first season in which someone had to leave because of medical problems.
  • Every character voiced by Peter Oldring was on one of each team this season.
  • This is the first season in which a previously eliminated contestant is brought back into the game without being an actual contestant. In this case, Ezekiel was brought back to aid in challenges in " I See London... " and " African Lying Safari ."
  • However, he is the highest-ranking former Killer Bass for the third consecutive time.
  • This season features the latest merge of a season, with the merge happening in the nineteenth episode .
  • This is one of only two seasons to have its main promotional image be a moment from an actual episode , the other being Total Drama Island .
  • This is the only season directed by Jennifer Pertsch and Tom McGillis.
  • This is the only season where Izzy competes and does not rejoin the game after being eliminated.
  • This is the last season to air in the United States at a 4:3 fullscreen aspect ratio. Starting with the fourth season, the show now uses a 16:9 high-definition aspect ratio (since digital television was finally established around late 2011).
  • This is also the last season to have twenty-six episodes. Starting from the fourth season, the amount was cut in half to thirteen. In the overall franchise, it would not be until The Ridonculous Race where the episode count would be back to 26.
  • This is the first season where an antagonist reaches the final two.

Total Drama World Tour [ ]

At the formation of the new team, Alejandro puts up a façade of friendliness and acceptance towards his teammates, including Noah. However, during his private confessional moments, he vents his frustrations in Spanish, expressing his resentment towards being paired with what he perceives to be a group of incompetent idiots.

Noah readily agrees with Alejandro's motivational words to boost the team's morale. Even when Noah is unsure about their chances, Alejandro manages to inspire him to have faith and trust in their abilities. Noah is impressed by Alejandro's skill as he manages to balance the entire team on a goat, which further boosts his confidence. However, in a confessional, Alejandro reflects on how he could have helped Team Amazon and implies that his team needs all the help they can get, suggesting that Noah may not be contributing much.

Noah expressed his dislike for Alejandro's proposed concept for their team's commercial project, but despite their initial disagreement, they eventually came together and participated in the team's celebratory group high-five at the end of the episode.

During the challenge, Alejandro throws Izzy to Noah, but in doing so, accidentally injures Noah's pelvis while asking him to keep her away from the grinder. As the challenge progresses, Noah starts to feel uneasy about Alejandro's intentions when he observes Alejandro giving a motivational speech to Leshawna, who is on the opposing team. Despite Noah's growing suspicions, Alejandro dismisses his doubts and reassures him that he is working on a strategy to benefit their team. However, Noah eventually discovers that Alejandro intentionally caused his own defeat by allowing Sierra to knock him off his board. This allowed Team Amazon to win the challenge.

As Alejandro points out that Lindsay perceives things differently without her memories of Tyler, Noah nods and smiles in agreement. Later, Alejandro praises Noah for his clever tactic of distracting Sasquatchanakwa with a pretend ball. Despite his initial reluctance, Alejandro convinces Noah to navigate through the laser beams to retrieve the final piece of their statue, relying on his smaller frame to accomplish the task.

Alejandro and Noah were seated in the economy class of their flight, when Alejandro started giving Noah advice on how to convince DJ to form an alliance with them. As they reached Newfoundland, Alejandro affectionately called his teammates "little porpoises" and helped a beaming Noah onto their team's boat. In the second part of the challenge, Alejandro and Noah worked together to decipher a local phrase spoken by Jerd McLean. However, both of them looked at each other in utter confusion upon hearing the phrase.

In the challenge, Heather forcefully takes back the gold chains that Alejandro had stolen from Gwen. Surprisingly, Alejandro takes it all in good humor and admits that he deserved it. However, Noah reacts angrily and is joined by a frustrated Tyler, who call out that they did not deserve to be robbed in the first place.

As they were on the plane, Alejandro felt disgusted by Noah and Owen's immature jokes, which led him to leave. Once they reached London, Noah didn't seem to mind Alejandro's disappearance, but his luck ran out as he got captured shortly after leaving Noah and Owen. During the interrogation of Tyler, Noah directed Owen to assist him before Alejandro showed up, and he did so because of his height. While observing Noah's sour attitude towards Alejandro, Owen sensed his distrust in Alejandro. Noah went on to describe Alejandro as an "eel dipped in grease swimming in motor oil", and compared him to a male version of Heather but with social skills.

Noah was unaware that Alejandro had been secretly monitoring their conversation through concealed cameras, and overheard every single word Noah uttered, including his derogatory remark likening someone to "an eel dipped in grease". Upon the team's defeat, a fuming Alejandro rallied Tyler and Duncan to join forces with him to eliminate Noah from the competition. After successfully carrying out his plan, Alejandro smirked in satisfaction. As he was leaving, Noah issued a final caution to his team members about Alejandro.

During a conversation with Duncan, Owen reveals that Noah had confided in him about Alejandro's strong feelings towards Heather, despite his tendency to flirt with other girls.

During the elimination round, Bridgette disclosed the names of the contestants who were eliminated due to Alejandro's actions. While the contestants were listening to her, Noah raised his hand to show his support towards Cody instead of Alejandro and Heather, as most of the other contestants also did the same.

As Alejandro's reckless actions almost cost Cody his life, Noah shoots him a disapproving look. His lack of reaction to Heather's confession of love for Alejandro suggests that Noah had already deduced it before being eliminated from the competition. In Heather's victory at the end of the season, Noah is seen enthusiastically cheering for her after she defeats Alejandro.

This section is in need of major improvement. Please help improve this article by editing it.

It's one of the most popular slash ships in the fandom and the first most written for both Noah and Alejandro on Archive of Our Own. However it's rivaled by Aleheather and NoCo . On AO3, Alenoah is the most written ship for both Alejandro and Noah. It is also the second most written in the Total Drama (Cartoon) tag. There are currently 790+ written works.

  • In a Reddit AMA, Alejandro's voice actor Marco Grazzini said that Alejandro could easily feel attracted to Noah's intellect and witty charm if he were to have a relationship with another contestant. [1]
