TravelDecorum took the payment and then later cancelled the payment on the basis that the payment account was not UK based. It has been over 3 weeks and I still haven't had my funds returned. I've sent several emails to Sky, the customer service rep that emailed me to say that my payment was rejected. I haven't received any reply.
