Finally three friends family decided to explore forest in last winter and close to Kolkata, Dooars was the best forest destination. Based on inputs from one of our friend, who already visited Dooars suggested NatureWings as they are the best for the Dooars Tour Package . Next day, we took the whole day excursion to Jhalong, Bindu, Paren, Rocky Isalnd, Samsing and SultaniKhola. Next Day we went to Jayanti forest inside Buxa Tiger Reserve. Jayanti homestays are very nice just in front of Jayanti River. Next day morning we took the Chilapata Jeep Safari , the jeep entered into very deep jungle, where no sun light reaches and after completing Jeep Safari Completes, we proceed to the Jaladapara Forest, where NatureWings arranged a nice resort, Hallong Eco Resort. From the resort back gate, we entered into the forest for an afternoon walk. The best part of Dooars Tour was the Elephant Safari in Jaldapara and we took at 5 am slot. It was an amazing experience as Elephant entered into the Jeep jungle and we could see a most coveted Indian One Horn Rhino from stone throwing distance. DAY 01  :- TRANSFER TO DOOARS On arrival at NJP station & Transfer to Lataguri, Check in at Hotel. In afternoon visit Gorumara National Park for Jungle Jeep Safari (own Cost). The park is known for breeding of one-horned rhinos. The vast texture of massive trees sheltering varieties of orchids and resounded with echo of birds and wild animals make it an ideal place to spend a vacation. You can walk around the forest & relax. Night stay at Lataguri. DAY 02  : DAY EXCURSION TO MURTI, CHAPRAMARI, BINDU & JHALONG After breakfast start your day with local sightseeing of Jhalong, Bindu , Samsing, Suntalekhola, Rocky Island, Jaldhaka Hydel Project - The area is known for its diversified flora and fauna - It provides habitat for the Royal Bengal Tiger, Gaur, Leopard, Sambar, Chital, Hog Deer, Barking deer etc.  Evening free at you own leisure. Night stay at Lataguri. DAY 03  : TRANSFER TO JALDAPARA After breakfast, check out from Lataguri Resort / Hotel & transfer to Jaldapara. Check in at Resort. Afternoon go for Jungle Jeep Safari at Jaldapara National Park. Overnight stay at Jaldapara DAY 04  :- DROP TO BAGDOGRA AIRPORT After breakfast check out from hotel & transfer to Bagdogra Airport for onward journey. Tour ends with sweet memories.

The Dooars or Duars are the foothills of the eastern Himalayas in North-East India around Bhutan. Duar means ‘door’ and the region forms the gateway to Bhutan from India. There are 18 passages or gateways through which the Bhutanese people can communicate with the people living in the plains. This region is divided by the Sankosh River into the Eastern and the Western Dooars. The Western Dooars is known as the Bengal Dooars and the Eastern Dooars as the Assam Dooars. Dooars is synonymous with the term Terai used in Nepal and northern India and form the only nitrate rich plain in India.

Start journey from Sealdah Railway Station (SDAH) boarding Kanchankanya Express (or any suitable train) at 20:30 for New Mal Junction. Night Stay: Train
