Let's Dance is returning to the Uber Arena in 2022. On 3 November 2022, a unique live show will be taking to the dance floor.

Tickets are available now.

Germany’s favourite dance show delights millions of fans again. The show has a history of 47 professional dancers, 126 celebrities and more than 5000 stage outfits. Presented by Daniel Hartwich the show is an adaption of BBC’s “Strictly Come Dancing” which first aired in 2004 on British TV.

Biografie - let's dance.

Ob „Dancing With The Stars“ in den USA oder „Let’s Dance“ in Deutschland – Tanzshows mit prominenten Wettbewerbern sind international erfolgreich. Die Profi-Tänzer der deutschen Ausgabe samt der beliebten Jury-Mitglieder und einiger Top-Stars sind seit 2019 auch live auf Tour zu erleben.

Dem TV-Sender RTL ist mit „Let’s Dance“ ein Erfolgsformat gelungen, das jüngere und ältere Zuschauer gleichermaßen fesselt. Seit 2006 betreten jährlich Prominente aus TV, Film, Sport und Unterhaltung zusammen mit professionellen Tänzern und Tänzerinnen das Parkett der TV-Showbühne. Eine ebenfalls prominent besetzte Jury bewertet anschließend die dargebotenen Tänze. Durch die Sendung führen ebenso charmant wie schlagfertig Daniel Hartwich und Victoria Swarovski.

„Let’s Dance“ – Tanzshow mit Kultcharakter

Für viele ist es mittlerweile ein festes Ritual, „Let’s Dance“ im Fernsehen zu verfolgen. Die Zuschauer können den prominenten Teilnehmern dabei zusehen, wie sie gemeinsam mit ihrem professionellen Tanzpartner immer wieder neue Choreografien erlernen. Die körperlich intensive Vorbereitung, bei der viel Schweiß und auch mal Tränen fließen, wird als Einspieler in Ausschnitten gezeigt, bevor der einstudierte Tanz live vor dem Publikum und der Jury aufgeführt wird.

Zur Jury, die mittlerweile selbst Star-Status erreicht hat, gehören der durch Germany’s Next Topmodel bekannt gewordene und einstige Laufstegtrainer Jorge González, der deutsch-spanische ehemalige Turniertänzer und ausgebildete Wertungsrichter Joachim Llambi und die ehemalige Profi-Tänzerin Motsi Mabuse.

Jorge González zeichnet sich durch seinen unverwechselbaren kubanischen Akzent, seine Lebensfreude und seine wohlwollenden Urteile aus. Hingegen wird der stets sehr professionell auftretende Joachim Llambi aufgrund seiner oft gnadenlosen Bewertungen regelrecht gefürchtet. Zwischen den beiden Herren sitzt Motsi Mabuse, die mit ihrem einnehmenden Lachen und ihrer Zugewandtheit als Herz der Jury gilt.

Aus dem TV auf die Showbühne

Alle Fans der Sendung, die bisher kein Ticket für die „Let’s Dance“-Fernsehshow ergattern konnten, können sich auf das Format als Bühnen-Show in den großen Arenen Deutschlands freuen. Live vor Hallenpublikum führen die Profi-Tänzer mit ausgewählten Stars der aktuellen sowie vergangener Staffeln die beliebtesten Tanzchoreografien der TV-Show auf.

Innerhalb der Konzertarenen sind die Sitzplätze meist rund um die Bühne angeordnet. So können Zuschauer die Tanzpaare aus jeder Perspektive bewundern und ihre Favoriten anfeuern. Show-Effekte wie Pyrotechnik, Glitzer und Laserstrahlen untermalen die emotionalen Momente der Show. Wie auch in der Fernsehsendung führt der beliebte Moderator Daniel Hartwich durch das Programm. Es war der Wunsch unserer Tochter und wir hatten einen schönen Abend. Gut sehen konnte man die Tänzer allerdings nicht und der Abend hat sich sehr gezogen. Wir haben es jetzt einmal gesehen, würden aber nicht nochmal hingehen

Martin Masterworks season kicks off with a lively new orchestral work by Juan Pablo Contreras titled MeChicano – co-commissioned by the Fresno Philharmonic in partnership with New Music USA’s Amplifying Voices program – which celebrates the popular music of Mexican-American communities which have flourished in the U.S. Dazzling violinist Chee-Yun returns to Fresno for Lalo’s Symphonie espagnole, which is suffused with Spanish dance rhythms. Our orchestral dance party concludes with Rachmaninoff’s enigmatic Symphonic Dances which pushes the limits of symphonic structure.

On SATURDAY, JUNE 15, 2024 , the Cathedral of the Assumption will host a very special event to help raise awareness and support for Louisville’s hungry and homeless.

This charity event is called - LET’S DANCE LOUISVILLE and is based on the hit TV show, DANCING WITH THE STARS, but on a local level. Twelve local “celebrities” will compete in a dance competition for your votes and support.

In addition to dancing, there will be live and silent auctions.

The Sandefur Dining Room serves 40,000 meals each year.Since 2002, homemade soup and sandwiches have been served 365 days a year.Our guests are either homeless or working poor. The average age is 41-60.The Sandefur Dining Room feeds many families – from babies in strollers to elementary students to young teens.

The Feed My Neighbor lunch program benefits thousands of our downtown neighbors and friends in need who come to the Sandefur Dining Room, located behind the Cathedral of the Assumption, seeking a hot meal and friendly encouragement.
