Hi friends, it was awesome to share the stage, although tiny and triangular, with our new brothers in Train. Back to back gigs on Jimmy Kimmel Live and the iconic Whiskey A GoGo on the Sunset Strip, plus a three hour sit-down story-session with Patrick Monahan and me, was a great way to announce our Summer Road Trip Tour .

So many times you come to the last week of a long tour, after slowly but surely meeting and getting to know your tour-mates, and everyone asks themselves, “Why did we wait so long to hang out together?” Well, for this tour with Train we got right down to it. I am already feeling like this tour is gonna be one for the ages!

Our buddy Sammy Hagar introduced Patrick and me at his Acoustic for a Cure charity event last year, and that organic meeting has led to this unique and interesting tour partnership. It reminds me of how a chance meeting between Tommy Shaw and me turned into a twenty-five year love-fest between our bands. That is how it is supposed to be, and the audiences are the ultimate winners when the bands are friends. FOUR   very young brothers, rendered homeless and penniless by the Haiyan storm devastationin Tacloban, Philippines have captured theof admiring audiences at the Philippines’ biggest concert venue, the Araneta Coliseum in the ABS-CBN Christmas TV special last December 2013 and one of the world’s grandest concert stages, the Madison Square Garden in New York City on March 2014.

Jon Keats of Cavern Club saw the performances of the band at youtube for which they were invited at Cavern Club for the first time last July 2014 while they were in UK for a “Here Comes The Sun” UK concert tour. It is an incredible, unheard of rise in the Philippines’ music scene, accomplished in only 9 months after surviving the devastation in their home province of Tacloban in the Philippines.

These boys are RJ (Lead guitar) 22 years old; Ralph, (bass guitar) 17; Raymart (rhythm guitar), 20, and Reno (drummer) 24. Sons of Reynaldo Otic, Sr. who had to relocate the family because of the seeming hopelessness of their lives post-Yolanda tragedy.

As   they are here again, as a continuation of their UK concert tour now entitled as “Thank You UK” concert in recognition of the UKs generosity to the Filipino people amounting to an aid of around £93 million as per DEC, a UK Tour will only be complete without   visiting the Cavern Club for the second time. For one night only they are supporting The Cavern Club Beatles, playing a short set of Beatles classics. A chance to play again   at The Cavern means the world to these guys, so a fantastic night of Beatles music is guaranteed!

From Victims of Yolanda of Tacloban, Reo Brothers are the first Filipino musicians perform at Cavern Club in Liverpool, England the place of the iconic band “The Beatles.”

It was dreams come true according to the Reo Brothers especially at the stage where their THE BEATLES started perform and became famous. After the following UK debut in Liverpool, the band dubbed others as THE BEATLES OF PHILIPPINES. They continue their concerts in Birmingham and London for their Filipino and British fans.

Their songs performed are the popular songs from the British Band Legend in 1960’s to 70’s.

After their performance, they also have time to visit the different places especially the house of each members of The Beatles and the Abbey Road which is very famous not in London but also in worldwide.

After become viral in various social networking sites, the Band gain Fans not only in Philippines but also in London that great fan of the British Band Legend.

David Lawrence, one of their British fanatics was also in Liverpool, after he knows on Facebook by Chance. The 65-year-old from St. Alban’s has impressed to band ever since, he always watching their live performance in UK tour. And they have also a Filipino fan his name is Manny de Guzman he travelled from San Francisco to London to watch live their short concert.

In an interview, he also gives compliments to the Filipino band, he said they’re great, and they are also ‘Down to Earth.’

The Reo Brothers are also the victims of Typhoon Haiyan or Yolanda in Tacloban, they’re family was survived in typhoon but everything was lost from them. Luckily they have a contact from their relatives in Manila and decided to move for a brand new start.

Despite of their success and concerts in different countries, they are remaining the same like before. Actually, there are hoping to have a concert in Tacloba, they’re performance will dedicated to the fellow victims of bagyong Yolanda.
